This inquiry at present into the midnight fire sale of NSW Power industry assets is just a little late. Why the hell wasn’t this done in the first place?
What amazes me is that this sale by the Keneally Government represented for the first time, partial privatisation of our power industry in NSW and 10% actually went under the hammer.
I don’t really know whether this is a good thing or not but I do know that a couple of things really worry me.
The Keneally government managed to get this past everyone without a whisper. They pulled the wool over everyones eyes. Maybe they shouldn’t be voted out in March 2011.

Opposition Leader, Barry O’Farrell is hoping to become Premier of NSW after the March elections. He and his Liberal mates reckon they deserve a go?
Just like the Aussie tourism ad with Lara Bingle “where the bloody hell are you?’ I think Barry O’Farrell and his team of would be’s must have been counting sheep when this sale was on.
Something really stinks in NSW politics and it’s coming from both sides of the fence. Barry O’Farrell and the NSW liberal opposition party; WHERE THE BLOODY HELL WERE YOU?
